General Clerk II/Security Assistant
This position requires a minimum of one (1) year professional services experience demonstrating the ability to meet and deal with the public, the ability to read, understand and apply printed rules, detailed orders, instructions, and training materials; the ability to maintain poise and self-control under stress; the ability to construct and write clear, concise, accurate and detailed reports, credited toward meeting these requirements.
Process and prepare government issued badges and passports. Involves data entry, biometric verification, and data verification. Process requests for visitor access, manage a multi-line phone system and track physical property assets. Assist Supervisor as needed and act as back up to the Receptionist and other office duties as assigned.
